Job summary

MASC Medical is partnering with an acute-care hospital in Gainesville to recruit an experienced ICU RN for the night shift. You will provide direct care to critically ill patients, monitor cardiac rhythms and ventilators, and collaborate with physicians and the care team.

Requirements include an active Florida RN license (or compact) and 1 year of ICU experience; ACLS certification or ability to obtain soon after hire. Sign-on bonus available for eligible candidates.

Qualifications

• Active Florida RN license or multistate compact license required.
• At least 1 year of ICU/critical-care RN experience.
• ACLS certification or ability to obtain shortly after hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to critically ill patients.
• Assess patients and respond quickly to changes in condition.
• Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapies.
• Monitor cardiac rhythms, ventilators, and critical-care equipment.
• Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team.
• Educate and support patients and their families.
