Job summary

Hr Journals is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the Cardiac Surgery Intensive Care Unit in Tallahassee, Florida. This full-time position is perfect for those with an acute care background interested in working in a fast-paced ICU environment.

The role requires at least one year of Acute Care RN experience and an active RN license in Florida. The compensation ranges from $27.72 to $39.60 per hour, based on experience, and includes a $15,000 sign-on bonus for night shifts.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of Acute Care RN experience (ICU experience not required).
• Active RN license in Florida or Compact State.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care for post–cardiac surgery ICU patients.
• Advocate for patients and families while maintaining privacy and confidentiality.
• Educate patients and families on medications and treatment plans.
• Work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary care team.
