Job summary

Baptist Health South is seeking an experienced ICU Registered Nurse for Fulltime Nights in Jacksonville, FL. You will provide high-acuity care, coordinate with physicians, and advocate for patients and families while supporting the hospital mission.

New hires are eligible for a $5,000 sign-on bonus. The role requires BLS and RN licensure; ACLS/CCRN are preferred. Experience in cardiac and telemetry ICU settings is highly desired.

Qualifications

• Current Florida RN license required.
• BLS required; ACLS and CCRN preferred.
• Experience in ICU, cardiac and telemetry care.

Responsibilities

• Provide care to critically ill patients in the ICU.
• Coordinate with physicians and health care teams.
• Educate patients and families about disease and plan of care.
• Advocate for patients and participate in unit activities.
