Job summary

Cynet HealthStaff is seeking an ICU RN for a 13-week assignment in Bastrop, LA. You will work night shifts (7 p.m.–7 a.m.), float to the medical-surgical unit and occasionally to the emergency department, with low-to-moderate acuity patient care and minimal ventilator management.

Active state licensure, BLS and ACLS are required. Housing is limited in the area and travelers should plan accordingly. ASAP start preferred.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years ICU experience
• Active state licensure required
• BLS and ACLS certifications required

Responsibilities

• Willing to float to medical–surgical unit and occasionally to ER
• Night shifts from 7 p.m. to 7 a.m.
• Handle low patient acuity with occasional telemetry if needed
• Travel assignment with limited housing; may need to look in nearby locations for availability
