Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to critically ill ICU patients.
• Monitor patient status and respond to clinical changes.
• Administer medications, IV therapies, and blood products.
• Operate ventilators and advanced respiratory support as ordered.
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary team.
• Document assessments and interventions in EMR accurately.
• Respond to rapid responses and Code Blue events.
• Participate in handoffs and ensure continuity of care.
