Job summary

Cross Country Nurses seeks a travel nurse RN in Critical Care Float for Lufkin, Texas. The ICU Float will provide specialized critical care services on a temporary basis, starting ASAP for a 12-week assignment with 12-hour night shifts and a minimum 36 hours per week.

Requirements include RN licensure, BLS, ACLS, and 2+ years ICU/CCU experience. Medhost EMR proficiency and the ability to work >50 miles from the facility are expected, with travel housing and benefits provided.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in good standing.
• BLS and ACLS certifications are required.
• Minimum 2 years ICU/CCU experience.
• EMR proficiency with Medhost.
• Must be at least 50 miles from facility and include home address.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized critical care nursing in an ICU Float role.
• Work 12-hour night shifts with a 36-hour weekly minimum.
• Coordinate with hospital staff and travel team to meet needs.
• Maintain patient safety, accurate documentation and reports.
