Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Medical Center – Buda is seeking an RN for full-time night shift (7pm–7am) to work on a mixed acuity unit. The role requires ICU experience and flexibility to cover Med/Surg, Tele, IMC, and ICU assignments to meet department needs.

Ideal candidates will have 2 years of direct ICU experience, are willing to rotate units, and hold an active Texas RN license with BLS. Competitive benefits and a supportive, team-driven culture are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Texas.
• BLS certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days.
• Minimum 2 years ICU or critical care experience.
• Ability to work night shifts and rotate to Med/Surg as needed.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop care plans.
• Educate patients and families about care plans and medications.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary team to implement treatment.
• Monitor patient responses and adjust plans accordingly.
• Ensure safety and quality of care across units.
