Zusammenfassung

The University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus seeks a Clinical Pharmacist to provide per-shift coverage at UCHealth/University of Colorado Hospital, partnering with faculty to deliver patient-centered pharmacy services, daily rounds, and medication management.

Responsibilities include pharmacokinetic and anticoagulation monitoring, EPIC care documentation, teaching residents and students, and contributing to antimicrobial stewardship.

Qualifikationen

• PharmD degree required and passed licensure in Colorado.
• Completion of PGY1 residency highly preferred.
• Experience with EPIC EMR is advantageous.

Aufgaben

• Provide per-shift clinical pharmacy services and direct patient care.
• Engage in daily rounding, medication management, and education of medicine teams.
• Train residents and/or students on rotation; participate in antimicrobial stewardship.
