Catholic Charities Twin Cities seeks a dedicated Housing Support Coordinator for our Midway Campus (St Paul/St Anthony Residence). • High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with low-income or vulnerable populations preferred.
• Strong trauma-informed care and de-escalation skills required.
• Clear and compassionate communication with diverse individuals.
• Proficiency in basic data entry and computer use.

Responsibilities

• Provide a clean, safe, supportive, trauma-informed environment for residents and visitors.
• Use trauma-informed care and de-escalation to manage crises respectfully.
• Conduct rounds for safety in common areas and exits.
• Monitor activities and address policy violations.
• Administer medications as needed per procedures.
• Lead, train, and mentor Housing Support Representatives.
• Collaborate with Program and Property Management to enforce rules.
• Assist with shift coverage and support across sites within housing division.
• Model trauma-informed communication and problem-solving for staff.
• Engage residents with information and referrals to services.
• Maintain relationships with community partners and vendors.
• Oversee front desk operations and respond to inquiries.
• Document observations, incidents, and maintenance needs promptly.
• Complete required reports and data entry per agency procedures.
• Respond to resident concerns in a respectful, solution-focused manner.
• Other duties as assigned.
