Job summary

Sugarloaf Mountain Corporation is seeking Public Safety Hotel Security personnel for the Sunday River area. The role involves nightly patrols, enforcing HOA rules, responding to guest and staff calls, and coordinating emergency responses.

Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, professional, and able to work alone or with others. Shifts are 3 PM to 7 AM; includes weekdays, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school degree or equivalent.
• Prior Military/Security/Law Enforcement experience preferred, but not required.
• Valid Maine driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Nightly foot patrol of all interior & exterior property of the Hotel.
• Enforce the rules and regulations set forth by the respective Hotel Home Owner's Association.
• Respond to and answer all calls for service from guests and staff.
• Assist Mountain Patrol with the investigation of guest and staff injuries.
• Respond to alarms (fire, smoke, intrusion) coordinate emergency response.
• Provide basic 1st Aid if called upon.
• Conduct housekeeping duties when called upon.
• Handle routine maintenance issues when called upon.
• Maintain contact with the Front Desk Staff.
• Maintain contact with Mountain Patrol Officer.
• +25% of patrol shift will be outside and 100% night shifts. Weather conditions, overnight shifts, weekends and mandatory holiday shifts are all expectations of the position.
