Job summary

Sugarloaf Mountain Corporation is seeking an Evening Shift Maintenance Technician for our resort's signature hotel in Maine. This role focuses on guest comfort, building monitoring, and a range of maintenance tasks during a 2:30–10:30 pm shift.

The position offers paid time off and a start wage of $18–$19.50 per hour, with potential growth within the company. Prior experience is preferred, with on-the-job training available.

Qualifications

• Available nights, weekends, holidays (and possibly days)
• Able to work independently
• Varied maintenance capabilities including basic carpentry/plumbing/painting

Responsibilities

• Take care of guest comfort and building condition
• Walk through building to ensure everything is as it should be
• Watch over hotel hot tub and safety
• Complete work orders (light carpentry, plumbing, painting, etc.)
• Conduct monthly checks
• Assist in and complete maintenance projects around the hotel
• Complete any other tasks assigned by Manager/Supervisor
