Creative Solutions in Healthcare, Inc. in Caldwell, TX is seeking a dedicated Hospitality Aide for a full-time night shift (10pm-6am).

You will support residents with non-clinical tasks, assist with meals, help with daily living activities, and ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. Your reliability, patience, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting will help maintain high-quality resident care.

Responsibilities

• Support Nursing Services (Non-Clinical): Assist the nursing department with non-nursing tasks, including bed-making, passing water and ice, answering call lights, and gathering supplies.
• Assist with Meals: Prepare, deliver, and clean up meals following dietary guidelines and safety standards.
• Encourage Participation: Support a positive living environment by encouraging residents to engage in activities and social programs.
• Maintain Cleanliness: Keep resident rooms and common areas clean, organized, and safe.
• Provide Laundry Assistance: Assist with resident laundry services as needed.
• Follow Safety & Compliance Standards: Comply with the Patient Bill of Rights, Employee Responsibilities, and all company and departmental safety policies and procedures.
• Observe and Report: Identify and promptly report concerns, safety issues, or conditions requiring management or nursing attention.
• Assist as Needed: Perform additional non-clinical duties to support daily facility operations.
