Job summary

Hireology is seeking a dedicated Hospitality Aide to provide compassionate support for residents, helping with daily tasks, meals, and a clean, safe environment. This full-time night shift (10pm-6am) emphasizes reliability, patience, and teamwork in a fast-paced facility.

You will assist with nursing tasks non-clinical, help with meals, laundry, and activities while complying with safety policies. Strong documentation and clear communication are essential.

Responsibilities

• Support Nursing Services (Non-Clinical): Assist the nursing department with non-nursing tasks, including bed-making, passing water and ice, answering call lights, and gathering supplies.
• Assist with Meals: Prepare, deliver, and clean up meals following dietary guidelines and safety standards.
• Encourage Participation: Support a positive living environment by encouraging residents to engage in activities and social programs.
• Maintain Cleanliness: Keep resident rooms and common areas clean, organized, and safe.
• Provide Laundry Assistance: Assist with resident laundry services as needed.
• Follow Safety & Compliance Standards: Comply with the Patient Bill of Rights, Employee Responsibilities, and all company and departmental safety policies and procedures.
• Observe and Report: Identify and promptly report concerns, safety issues, or conditions requiring management or nursing attention.
• Assist as Needed: Perform additional non-clinical duties to support daily facility operations.
