Qualifications

• Applicants with previous agricultural or production experience preferred.
• Must have at least six consecutive months of work experience with the same employer and no gaps >6 months in last 36 months.
• If laid-off or caregiving, six-month gap may extend to 18 months; full-time students last 36 months exempt.

Responsibilities

• Pull chicks from hatchery baskets and load onto bel,t (25%).
• Remove counted chicks from conveyer belt into chick boxes (25%).
• Transfer dirty baskets to tray washer and disinfect clean baskets (25%).
• Clean and disinfect pull room (10%).
• Operate high pressure hose, box washer, and maintain clean work area; assist with nightly laundry (15%).
