Qualifications

• One year or more of supervisory experience in processing or manufacturing.
• Knowledge of hatchery operations and baby chick handling.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, with good interpersonal skills.
• Ability to recognize unsafe conditions and enforce safety policies.
• Computer skills including Outlook, Word, Excel.

Responsibilities
