Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to stand for long periods and assist guests with directions and needs.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and escort to destinations within the building.
• Register guests and assign rooms, assist with check-out procedures.
• Operate accounting software to record and analyze payments and charges.
• Maintain lobby and shuttle vehicles clean and presentable.
• Assist guests with special needs and provide travel information.
• Back up Night Auditor duties as needed.
