Job summary

ESA Management, LLC invites applications for a Night Guest Laundry Attendant. This role supports guests overnight, handling check-ins/outs, laundry processing, and dishware care in line with brand standards.

The NGLA ensures safety, stock management, breakfast setup, and daily property tours while maintaining cleanliness across the hotel. Night shifts run 11:00pm to 7:00am, with responsibilities across laundry, front desk support, and general housekeeping.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED, or 1–3 months related experience.
• Ability to interact with guests and associates in English.
• Experience using a property management system is a plus.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic for payments and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests overnight with check-in and check-out per guidelines.
• Handle laundry: stain treatment, washing, drying, folding linens, etc.
• Process all dishware: wash, dry, package.
• Stock housekeeping carts and laundry rooms to PAR levels.
• Process reservations, registrations, payments, and departures.
• Set up grab-and-go breakfast per brand standards.
• Conduct daily property tours to inspect cleanliness.
• Follow safety, cash handling, and key control policies.
• Assist with cleaning other hotel areas as needed.
• Maintain overall hotel cleanliness.
