Responsibilities

• Promote trust and respect among associates.
• Communicate department information to associates.
• Collaborate with associates to achieve store goals.
• Establish performance goals for department and empower associates to meet or exceed targets.
• Develop scheduling to manage customer volume throughout hours of operation.
• Train associates on performance and participate in evaluations.
• Adhere to local, state, and federal laws and company guidelines.
• Respond to customer questions about products and services.
• Maintain safety and product knowledge within the department.
• Plan and implement a department business plan and sales promotions.
• Monitor inventory and assist with budget and financial reporting.
