• Adhere to all food safety regulations and maintain proper temperatures.
• Report safety risks or issues to management.
• Train department associates on inventory and CAO.
• Plan, organize and supervise the inventory process.
• Schedule price changes and update shelf tags.
• Assist in budget, P&L reviews and financial reporting.
• Monitor and control department expenses.
• Stay current with ads and promotions.
• Create and execute sales promotions with store management.
• Supervise and coach direct reports and conduct performance reviews.
• Manage scheduling to handle customer volume.
