Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Safely pack product glued on the machine to meet target speed.
• Bag product and pack into cases with correct counts and notify supervisor of issues.
• Maintain quality by spotting defects and communicating with operators and QA staff.
• Assist with feeding during machine maintenance or troubleshooting.
• Ensure proper pallet handling, loading, and lean manufacturing practices.
• Cross-train and rotate to different machines as needed.
• Follow safety policies and wear PPE as required.
