Job summary

TreeHouse Foods is seeking a Machine Operator to join the Hanover, PA production team. The role reports to the Packing Room Supervisor and supports the Lead Machine Operator in day-to-day operations, including running packing room machines, changeovers, weight checks, and quality inspections.

The position is full-time on the D shift (7:00 PM–7:00 AM), with competitive pay of $26.75 per hour including shift differential, and opportunities to grow within a large private-label foods company.

Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Ability to read and follow process documents.
• Willingness to work a 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM rotating shift.

Responsibilities

• Operate packing room machines to meet production standards.
• Anticipate changeovers and prepare materials for next order.
• Inspect products and equipment for defects and waste within limits.
• Perform weight checks and ensure product specifications.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
