Job summary

TreeHouse Foods is seeking a Machine Operator for the Hanover facility. This full-time role on Crew B operates from 7:00 pm to 7:00 am on a rotating schedule, with an hourly rate of $26.75 including shift differential.

You will oversee packing room machines, verify product weight, and support production changeovers while ensuring quality specs. Overtime and weekend work are expected as part of a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience following instructions/process documents and providing effective communication, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Ensures that production standards are met by operating all packing room machines at specified speed and efficiency.
• Determines upcoming production needs by studying production sheets to anticipate changeovers and assign products to machines.
• Maintains specifications by observing operations, detecting malfunctions and inspecting product for pleats, leaks, holes, registration, and date codes to keep waste within limits.
• Ensures product specifications by completing weight checks on packing lines.
• Other duties as assigned.
