Job summary

TreeHouse Foods in Hanover, PA is seeking a full-time Machine Operator for Crew D. You will operate all packing room machines to meet production standards under the supervision of the Packing Room Supervisor and Lead Operator.

The role runs on the D shift from 7:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. on a rotating schedule. The hourly rate is $26.75 with shift differential. Previous manufacturing experience preferred, including following procedures and quality checks.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience following instructions/process documents and providing effective communication, both verbal and written.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment - food manufacturing a plus.
• The ability to work overtime and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Operate all packing room machines at specified efficiency (speed).
• Monitor and adjust film, co-dates, stickers, hot stamps, etc., for the next order.
• Inspect product for pleats, leaks, holes, registration, and code-dates to keep bag waste within limits.
• Perform weight checks on packing lines.
