Job summary

Hilton Rosemont is seeking an overnight Front Desk Clerk to greet guests, check them in/out, and handle cashiering duties. You will reconcile daily revenue, post charges, and maintain a house bank with accurate reporting.

The role requires strong communication, excellent customer relations, and leadership capabilities. Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays is essential, with comprehensive hotel benefits provided.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and write to facilitate the communication process.
• Requires good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Extensive knowledge of the hotel, its services and facilities.
• Must have excellent customer relations skills and leadership capability.
• Must be detail oriented with outstanding organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival; register, verify reservations and process payments.
• Accept payment for guests’ accounts and manage a house bank; issue receipts and deposits.
• Post charges and reconcile daily revenue; run reports as required.
• Coordinate with front desk, housekeeping, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist concierge with guest information and reservations.
