Qualifications

• Experience in medical registration, admitting, and scheduling in ER or hospital preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients professionally at front desk and route to appropriate services.
• Perform accurate patient registration and transactions in compliance with protocols.
• Maintain patient records, scan documents to EMR, and ensure privacy and compliance.
• Answer calls, manage insurance questions, and assist with billing inquiries.
• Collect payments at time of service and reconcile cash drawer daily.
• Support facility cleanliness and participate in staff meetings to improve service.
