Job summary

Four Seasons Hotel Minneapolis is seeking a Night Manager to oversee Front Desk operations and serve as manager on duty when senior managers are unavailable. You will welcome guests, handle registrations and departures, and ensure guest satisfaction with expert service.

Key responsibilities include supervising front desk staff, coordinating arrivals and billing, resolving guest issues, and maintaining security and standards across night shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of front office/hospitality experience.
• Education: College education or equivalent desirable.
• Requires reading, writing and oral proficiency in English.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and work irregular hours including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Manage Front Desk staff; interview, train and schedule.
• Greet and check in/out guests, explain accommodations and rates.
• Coordinate arrivals, departures and billing with Sales/Catering.
• Oversee overnight operations and ensure policy compliance.
• Resolve guest complaints with hospitality and professionalism.
