• Monitors and operates electronic security systems and maintains logs.
• Assists with general concierge tasks and clerical work in Word/Excel.
• Walks the building for monitoring and security.
• Resolves complaints and escalates to supervisor when needed.
• Maintains a safe, secure environment and handles forms.
• Performs additional duties as assigned.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and stand/walk for long periods.
