Job summary

Morongo Casino Resort & Spa in Cabazon, CA seeks a Night Auditor – Front Desk to warmly greet guests and efficiently manage overnights. You’ll handle check-ins/outs, respond to calls, and perform nightly audit procedures to ensure accurate accounts and reporting.

Delivering 4-Star/4-Diamond service, you’ll be a key contact during late hours while maintaining confidentiality. The role requires independent night shifts, strong accounting basics, and experience with PMS/POS systems.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal, written, and telephone communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in an overnight setting.
• Proficient computer skills, including PMS; LMS experience preferred.
• Comfortable operating office and auditing equipment including a 10-key adding machine.
• Must demonstrate discretion, professional ethics, and diplomacy with guests and team members.
• Previous hotel experience in California room sales or similar hospitality environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and acknowledge returning guests by name.
• Check guests in and out efficiently with accuracy and promptness.
• Deliver 4-Star/4-Diamond service at all guest touchpoints.
• Answer telephone calls promptly and route professionally.
• Complete night audit procedures, balance daily accounts, and process adjustments.
• Generate reports for finance and hotel operations departments.
• Assist guests with needs during the night, including room requests and billing inquiries.
• Maintain confidentiality of guest information and internal data.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
