Job summary

Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Sidney is seeking a Night Auditor to join our front desk team. You’ll be the first and last face guests see, delivering a warm welcome, handling reservations, and supporting nightly balance and audits.

The role runs 3rd shift (11 PM–7 AM) on a full-time basis, with opportunities for career growth, employee hotel discounts across Marriott properties, and a collaborative, guest-focused team culture.

Qualifications

• Front desk or customer service experience preferred.
• PMS experience (IHG, HotelKey, Hilton, or PEP) is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and check in arriving guests, ensuring a friendly first impression.
• Manage reservations, modifications, and cancellations using the PMS.
• Answer incoming calls and respond to guest inquiries with professionalism.
• Promote and enroll guests in hotel rewards programs.
• Balance daily accounts and perform end-of-shift financial reconciliation.
• Run Night Audit programs.
• Assist sales and revenue team with special requests, group blocks, upselling.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming front desk area.
• Start preparing breakfast for the breakfast attendant.
