Job summary

First Light Resorts in Yosemite area seeks a friendly Front Desk Attendant to deliver memorable guest experiences and handle check-ins, reservations, and guest needs. You will work daytime and overnight shifts, supporting a welcoming environment for guests in a remote, nature-filled setting.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year in Front Desk or hospitality, strong communication, and a track record of guest satisfaction. Benefits include healthcare, sick pay, 401K, and lodge housing options.

Qualifications

• Minimum one-year prior work experience in Front Desk or other customer service; hospitality preferred.
• Experience living/working in rural/remote environments is a plus.
• Strong guest service and hospitality focus; professional communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide guests with respect, compassion, and top-level service.
• Manage check-ins and check-outs; issue and replace guest keys as needed.
• Post charges to Opera Cloud PMS and handle guest requests after hours.
• Communicate professionally with staff and management; support team members.
• Maintain safety standards and assist with shift checklists and reports.
