Qualifications

• Exceptional customer service skills; interact positively and professionally with members and coworkers.

Responsibilities

• Greet members, prospective members and guests and provide exceptional customer service.
• Handle front desk duties: answer phones, check members in, take tours, sign up new members and calculate rates.
• Assist in updating member accounts and respond to questions or concerns.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the club; complete daily tasks within the first hour of shift.
• Support Club Manager and assist with daily operations as needed.
