Job summary

Cliff House Maine is seeking a friendly Front Desk Agent to join the overnight front office team in Cape Neddick, Maine. You will warmly greet guests, assist with travel itineraries and reservations, and promote hotel services and local experiences to create authentic guest experiences.

This role requires the ability to work the 3rd shift and weekends, with duties including registration, checkout, and cashiering in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent guest service skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with computers.
• Previous front desk agent experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Opera is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Use your communication skills to develop guest itineraries and coordinate reservations.
• Connect guests with local experiences and promote hotel services.
• Share information about services to help guests feel at home.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure guests’ needs are met with accuracy and efficiency.
