Job summary

Great Wolf Lodge is seeking a Night Auditor to provide nightly Front Desk support and ensure front office accounting records balance daily. The role requires welcoming guests, registering stays, and processing payments while maintaining accurate records for the resort.

Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma, strong math and customer service skills, and can work a flexible schedule. The position includes benefits and opportunities for training and advancement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent education/experience.
• Strong basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication).
• Flexible scheduling based on business needs.
• Previous customer service experience.
• Successful completion of a background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and respond to questions at front desk.
• Register guests, verify room requirements, and issue room keys.
• Process payments and balance daily transactions.
• Direct guests to rooms using resort map and provide concierge services.
• Maintain guest accounts and print reports for management.
• Assist accounting with reconciling balances and nightly variances.
• Ensure hotel systems balance per shift and handle credit cards securely.
