Job summary

Schwan's is seeking a third-shift Warehouse Associate in Buckeye, OH. You will operate forklifts and lift equipment to receive, store, and move palletized products, and stage pallets for loading in a cold environment.

Responsibilities include maintaining product flow, conducting equipment checks, and aiding inventory counts under GWP. Requires a high school diploma or GED and 0–1 year related experience; forklift certification is needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 18+ years old.
• 0–1 year of related experience.
• Ability to operate forklifts, clean-up brooms, plastics compactors, carts.
• Able to obtain forklift certification and training completion.
• Able to work in cold/freezing temperatures (down to 30°F).
• Familiarity with WMS and SAP systems.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate forklifts and lift equipment to receive, store, and transport palletized products per OSHA and safety standards.
• Pick and stage pallets to Forward Pick areas to support timely loading and distribution.
• Maintain smooth product flow by completing material movements on time.
• Perform regular equipment checks and report malfunctions to minimize downtime.
• Assist with periodic counts and maintain organized storage per Good Warehouse Practices.
