Job summary

Schwan's seeks a full-time warehouse worker in Post Falls, ID. You will operate forklifts and lift equipment to receive, store, and move palletized products in a food manufacturing setting.

You will pick and stage pallets, help with inventory, and keep goods flowing in compliance with safety standards. Requires a HS diploma, 0–1 year experience, and forklift certification; WMS/SAP familiarity is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 0–1 year related experience preferred.
• Ability to operate forklifts and carts safely in a cold/freezing environment.
• Must gain/maintain forklift certification and SAP/WMS familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate forklifts and lift equipment to receive, store, and transport palletized products.
• Pick and stage pallets to Forward Pick areas to support timely trailer loading.
• Maintain smooth product flow and accurate material movements within timeframes.
• Perform equipment checks and report safety issues to minimize downtime.
• Assist with periodic counts and maintain organized storage per GWP.
