Job summary

CJ Schwan’s in Wisconsin is seeking a warehouse associate for a full-time role in a food manufacturing environment. Starting pay is $20.25 per hour with a $1.50 shift differential for hours 6 p.m.–6 a.m., and a 3-shift schedule.

Responsibilities include loading pallets, operating equipment per GWP and OSHA standards, and assisting with inventories. Candidates need a high school diploma or GED, 2+ years of related experience, and forklift certification eligibility.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and be at least 18 years of age.
• 2+ years related experience.
• Ability to gain and maintain forklift certification and cart driver training.

Responsibilities

• Receive product requests from load sheets and pick pallets for trailer loading.
• Operate equipment in accordance with GWP and OSHA regulations.
• Operate lift equipment safely to minimize damage to product and racks.
• Report malfunctions of high lift stacker/reach truck equipment to supervisor.
• May assist with periodic inventories as necessary.
