Job summary

CJ Schwan's is hiring for a full-time forklift/warehouse role in a food manufacturing environment with night shift hours (10:30pm–7:00am) and 3rd shift pay. Starting pay is $18.25 per hour with a $1.50 shift differential from 2:30pm to 4:00am, plus a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, and 401(k) matching.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience is 0–1 year preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate forklifts and lift equipment to receive, store, and transport palletized products.
• Efficiently pick and stage pallets to support timely trailer loading and distribution.
• Maintain smooth product flow and accurate material movements within timeframes.
• Perform regular equipment checks and report malfunctions or safety issues.
• Assist with periodic counts and maintain organized storage areas following Good Warehouse Practices.
