Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and work alongside a two-person night crew.

• Enforce checklist compliance, safety protocols, and documentation.
• Confirm job completeness before departure.
• Identify and document deficiencies or inaccessible areas.
• Train and coach technicians on proper methods and expectations.

• Maintain equipment condition and report discrepancies.
• Drive the company vehicle nightly to job sites.
