Campbell Soup Company in Utah is seeking a full-time Flex Operator to operate processing machines and support a rotating shift. You will safely set up and monitor mixers, laminators, ovens and scalers, while maintaining quality and food safety standards.

The role involves hard work, overtime and weekend coverage as needed, with emphasis on teamwork, housekeeping and accurate paperwork. High school diploma required; production or food service experience preferred; bilingual not required.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma, GED or equivalent.
• Production line manufacturing experience or food service experience preferred.
• Applicants must be able to speak, read, and understand English to perform the role.

Responsibilities

• Set up, adjust and operate processing machines safely (mixer, laminator, oven, scaler).
• Rotate positions and cover shifts as schedule requires.
• Maintain area in good housekeeping order and complete required paperwork.
• Participate in training and help cover schedules.
• Overtime and weekend work may be required.
• Support preventive maintenance.
• Heavy lifting may be required.
• Follow GMPs and food safety procedures.
