Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP is seeking a Floor Technician to safely perform floor care functions, including waxing, stripping, buffing, and related duties in accordance with standards and procedures. Qualifications

• No formal education required; 6 months to 1 year experience preferred.
• Forklift certification may be required.
• Knowledge of cleaning methods and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety rules, policies and procedures; stop at risk behaviors.
• Work with others in a team to complete assignments.
• Maintain clean work area and report hazards.
• Operate motorized cleaning equipment and maintain supplies.
• Perform cleaning and maintenance of all floors: tile, carpet, brick.
