Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP is seeking a Floor Technician to safely perform floor care tasks, including waxing, stripping, buffing, and regular maintenance according to established standards. The role requires following safety rules, working with a team, and reporting hazards.

Responsibilities include proper equipment use, maintaining clean work areas, and delivering quality service while adhering to procedures.

Qualifications

• No education requirement; 6 mo–1 year experience preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 35 pounds.
• Valid driver’s license may be required.
• Forklift certification may be required.

Responsibilities

• Perform floor care tasks such as waxing, stripping, buffing, and cleaning per procedures.
• Comply with safety rules, policies, and procedures.
• Work with team to complete assignments and maintain a clean work area.
• Follow company procedures, policies, and rules; report safety hazards.
