Qualifications

• No formal education required with 6 months to 1 year of experience preferred.
• Experience with floor care tasks such as waxing, stripping, buffing or basic cleaning.
• Ability to read and follow safety procedures and use PPE.

Responsibilities

• Comply with safety rules, policies, and procedures.
• Operate and maintain floor cleaning equipment safely.
• Perform waxing, stripping, buffing, and routine floor care tasks.
• Keep work areas clean and report hazards to supervision.
• Collaborate with team to complete assignments and adapt to shifts.
