Job summary

Kellermeyer Bergensons Services (KBS) is hiring full-time Floor Techs in San Marcos, CA. Starting pay is $20.00 per hour with Sunday-Thursday shifts, 6:00 p.m. to 2:30 a.m. Responsibilities include cleaning, stripping/waxing floors, carpet care, and reporting safety issues.

Requirements include lifting 49 lb totes, reading safety docs, and one year of floor care experience. Company offers benefits and timekeeping via KBSPresence.

Qualifications

• One year of prior floor care experience preferred.
• Able to lift/move totes up to 49 pounds.
• Able to read and interpret safety rules and operating instructions.

Responsibilities

• Perform spot removal, extraction, bonnet cleaning, strip/wax, scrub/recoat, seal/grout, etc.
• Scrub, shine, clean, and repair carpeted and non-carpeted areas with appropriate equipment.
• Clean floors and stairways by sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.
• Move large furniture and objects safely while following safety guidelines.
• Report to Supervisor any repairs or safety hazards.
• Follow company policies and procedures.
• Operate janitorial tools/equipment as needed.
