Kellermeyer Bergensons Services (KBS) is hiring Floor Techs for full-time, permanent roles. Starting pay is $15.00 per hour with early morning shifts (5am-10am) and weekend/holiday coverage. You will contribute to safety by keeping spaces clean and crisis-free, while supporting a fast-paced environment across client sites.

Responsibilities include carpet and hard floor care, stripping/waxing, bonnet cleaning, and general scrubbing. Prior floor care experience is preferred; training is provided.

Formación

• Ability to lift and move totes up to 49 pounds
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and operating instructions
• Ability to lift and carry objects weighing 15–25 pounds
• Regular bending, lifting, stretching and reaching
• Excellent eye/hand coordination and dexterity

Responsabilidades

• Perform spot removal, extraction, bonnet cleaning, strip/wax, scrub/recoat, seal/grout, etc.
• Scrub, shine, clean and repair carpeted and non-carpeted areas using appropriate equipment and chemicals
• Clean floors and stairways by sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming
• Move large furniture and objects following safety guidelines and report hazards
• Keep janitor closet neat, clean, and organized
• Follow manufacturers’ specs for preparing chemicals and using equipment
• Ensure doors/windows are secure and report needed repairs
• Follow all company policies and procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned
