Job summary

Citizens is seeking a Floorcare Maintenance Technician to maintain floors and upholstery across multiple sites. You will perform stripping, waxing, carpet cleaning, and deep cleaning, with travel within a defined route.

The role requires 40 hours per week with a schedule of 4:00PM to 2:00AM, Monday through Thursday. Benefits include health coverage, company vehicle, tools provided, and a company cell phone.

Qualifications

• Experience in floor cleaning and maintenance is required.
• Ability to perform routine cleaning tasks and special projects as needed.
• Proven customer service and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain floors (various types) and upholstery.
• Operate floor cleaning machinery and extractors.
• Travel between facilities within a designated route.
• Close out work orders using maintenance system via mobile devices.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment in vehicles.
