Job summary

Citizens is seeking a reliable janitorial associate to perform floor cleaning and maintenance across multiple facilities. You will use floor machines and extractors to clean diverse floor types, including upholstery care when needed.

The role requires travel within a defined route, proper communication with staff and customers, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Hours typically run 4:00PM–2:00AM, with potential overtime.

Qualifications

• High School Degree or Equivalent.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Experience in floor cleaning is required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to travel to facilities as needed.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain floors across multiple facility types.
• Operate floor machines and extractors for cleanup and upholstery care.
• Travel within a designated route/radius to facilities.
• Close out work orders using the CMS on mobile devices or computers.
• Communicate professionally with colleagues and customers.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies in vehicles.
• Assist with general cleaning tasks during coverage needs.
