Job summary

Mass General Brigham's Cooley Dickinson Hospital in Northampton, MA is seeking a part-time RN to deliver comprehensive nursing care for patients across units. The role reports to the Nurse Manager/Director and aligns with established policies and procedures.

The position requires active MA RN licensure, BLS, ACLS within 6 months, de-escalation training within 60 days, and strong communication skills to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred.
• RN license in Massachusetts.
• BLS certification required.
• ACLS certification within 6 months of hire.
• De-escalation training within 60 days of hire.
• Demonstrated excellent technical, interpersonal, organizational, oral, and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient care using the nursing process with assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation.
• Coordinate care across units including Medical/Surgical, ED, Critical Care, Telemetry, Psych, and Inpatient Center.
• Work in all departments as needed and directed to ensure quality patient outcomes.
