Job summary

Cooley Dickinson Hospital in Northampton, MA is seeking RN Float Pool nurses for full-time or part-time night shifts (7pm–7am). The RN will deliver patient care using the nursing process across multiple units including Medical/Surgical, ED, ICU, Telemetry, Psychiatry, Inpatient Surgical Center, and Childbirth Center.

Must be able to work across departments as needed. Requirements include RN licensure in Massachusetts, BLS, ACLS within 6 months, and de-escalation training within 60 days.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient care using the nursing process and collaborate with other disciplines.
• Provide care across Medical/Surgical Units, Emergency Department, Critical Care, Telemetry, Psychiatric Unit, Inpatient Surgical Center, and Childbirth Center.
• Direct and coordinate nursing care per established standards and policies.
