Job summary

Mass General Brigham is seeking a Part Time Registered Nurse at Cooley Dickinson Hospital in Northampton, MA. The role covers the night shift from 7pm to 7:30am, with patient care across the nursing process and collaboration with the care team.

The nurse will assess, plan, implement and evaluate care, document according to hospital standards, and contribute to discharge planning to ensure safe transitions for patients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred and RN state license required.
• Strong communication, assessment, plan-of-care and discharge planning skills.
• Ability to coordinate care with multiple disciplines and families.

Responsibilities

• Deliver nursing care according to ANA Standards of Clinical Practice.
• Collect patient health data during admission and stay.
• Develop, document, and update the plan of care with measurable goals.
• Coordinate discharge planning and continuity of care.
• Document outcomes, monitor progress, and revise plans as needed.
