Candidates should be able to multi-task, collaborate with team members, and perform cross-training in several skill levels. The position requires standing up to 12 hours and lifting up to 50 pounds, with overtime on evenings and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English to follow work instructions and document work.
• Ability to communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to support safe operations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while maintaining safety, quality, and productivity standards.
• Ability to collaborate with team members and adapt to changing priorities.
• Ability to stand/walk up to 12 hours per shift, with or without accommodation.
• Ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds, with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Set up, program and operate automated equipment per work orders and customer requirements.
• Ensure set up and operation of automated and support equipment.
• Inspect materials to ensure cutting matches customer requests and work orders.
• Report anticipated issues or downtime to operations leadership.
• Maintain accurate records for material usage and product traceability in SAP.
